Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or redeeming a photography eGift Card.

Validity

• This eGift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• The expiry date will be clearly stated on the digital gift card.

• It is the recipient’s responsibility to redeem the eGift Card before the expiry date. Expired cards will not be honoured unless required by law.

Redemption

• eGift Cards can be redeemed for any photography session, including full sessions and limited-time mini sessions, subject to availability.

• Bookings are essential and are subject to scheduling availability at the time of redemption.

• Redemption must occur through the process outlined on our website or by contacting us directly to make a booking.

 

Non-Refundable & Not Redeemable for Cash

• eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

• Any unused balance will remain on the eGift Card and can be applied to future bookings within the validity period.

 

Transferability

• eGift Cards are fully transferable and may be gifted to someone else. However, once redeemed or partially redeemed, they are no longer transferable.

 

Lost or Stolen Cards

• Please treat your eGift Card like cash. Lost or stolen eGift Cards will not be replaced or refunded unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Consumer Rights

• These terms do not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

• If a session or service purchased with an eGift Card is cancelled by us for any reason, you may be entitled to a replacement service or a refund as required under Australian law.

 

Other Terms

• eGift Cards are issued in AUD and only redeemable through our website or via direct booking with Sunshine Soul Photography Co

• Promotional offers or discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift card unless explicitly stated.
