Booking Policy for Sunshine Soul Photography Co.

By booking a session with Sunshine Soul Photography Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Scope of Work

Sunshine Soul Photography Co and the CLIENT agree to meet at the designated time and location for the session. The session details, including applicable fees and inclusions, will be confirmed by Sunshine Soul Photography Co 3 days prior to the session date.

 

Payment

Full payment for the session is required at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Payments can be made via the provided link or direct deposit. Services will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

 

Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

If the CLIENT needs to reschedule the session due to illness, emergency, or other reasons beyond their control, payment will be applied to a new session date, as long as notice is given at least 7 days prior to the session (or reasonable notice in the case of an emergency).

• Requests to reschedule for other reasons are at the discretion of Sunshine Soul Photography Co. 

• An additional $50 rescheduling fee will apply when making a rescheduling request. Sunshine Soul Photography Co will retain all amounts paid until the rescheduled session.

• The rescheduled session must occur within 2 weeks of the original date (or a longer period if agreed upon in writing by both parties), subject to availability. If the CLIENT arrives late, the session will proceed as scheduled, and the remaining time will be used for the session.

 

Cancellation

If the CLIENT cancels the session with less than 24 hours’ notice or fails to show up on time, all payments made will be forfeited and retained by Sunshine Soul Photography Co.

 

Liability & Indemnification

Sunshine Soul Photography Co uses professional equipment to photograph and process your images, but malfunctions can occur. Sunshine Soul Photography Co is not responsible for any images lost or damaged due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment malfunctions, technical errors, or natural disasters.The CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold Sunshine Soul Photography Co harmless for any personal injury or losses arising from this agreement. Additionally, the CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold Sunshine Soul Photography Co harmless for any personal injury that may occur during the session. This includes any injury connected with any act of negligence by the PHOTOGRAPHER.

Non-Editable Photos

Please refrain from editing or applying filters or presets to your images. This would be considered a breach of the contract. If any changes are needed to your images, I’m happy to assist with edits prior to you downloading or saving them.

Image Download Agreement

Once images have been downloaded, ordered, or saved, no further edits will be made. By downloading or saving your images, you confirm that you are satisfied with the final images.

 

Image Delivery Timeline

Your images will typically be delivered within 2-3 weeks after editing. During busy periods, this may take a little longer. If you need your images sooner, please feel free to reach out, and I will work to accommodate your needs.

 

Image Storage Time Frame

Your gallery will be accessible for 14 days, after which it will no longer be available. Once you’ve downloaded your images, it’s your responsibility to store them long-term. Sunshine Soul Photography Co is not responsible for storing or saving images beyond the 14-day period.

 

Image Use & Copyright

The CLIENT understands that all images taken during the session remain the copyright of Sunshine Soul Photography Co. These images may be used for promotional purposes (social media, website, portfolio, etc.). However, any requests to exclude specific images or keep galleries private will be respected.
